At Arizona Set Point we are here to change the volleyball training culture!! We believe that with the right amount of fundamentals, focused drills, determination and encouragement every volleyball athlete can reach their next goals! We are NOT A CLUB, we are professionals that have resumes to back up each skill level that comes through our facility doors. Whether you are just starting out and want to learn the basic knowledge or advanced in your skills we are here for you. We offer 2hr clinic based trainings Monday-Friday with special events on the weekends.
 
For those of you looking to increase your stamina, strength or work on footwork & jump training we offer certified strength & conditioning options in the fitness gym.

VB Fundamental Clinics

Offering focused drills to improve an athlete's overall VB development. Including knowledge of the game, the rules, along with individual skills and strategy. These clinics are ideal for beginners - intermediate players looking to grow in a supportive, game style environment.

Structured coach led training sessions. Providing personalized instruction to help improve their performance and to take their gameplay to the next level.

A session for those who just enjoy playing. Keeping things casual and fun yet facing a different variety of opponents allowing their skills to continue to grow.

Private Lessons

Our Coaching staff lessons are broken up into one hours sessions, providing one-on-one instruction. The coach will create a plan based on the athlete's goal(s). The training can be held on the court, in the gym or a mixture of both areas.

Group Strength & Conditioning

Our hourly sessions will be ran in a circuit style, to keep your athlete's heart rate up and their body moving. Each circuit will include a mixture of: strength training, speed & agility, jump/plyo training with reactive footwork drills. Our goal is to get their endurance up, quicker reaction times, increase their vertical, strength & confidence- on & off the court.

VB Court
Rentals

AzSP is happy to rent out our Court #2 Whether it is for your team practice or to hold a clinic. Rate: $80/hr for up to 8 athletes (Minimum Rental Time 60 minutes)
After 8 it's an additional $5 per extra. We have training equipment here for your use, along with A/C!!
